Today I went to a meeting with some really wonderful Teen Librarians from around the area. The gal who heads up the teens at the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh did some really cool book talks and one of the series that she spoke about was The Runaways. It is a series of graphic novels from Marvel about a group of teens who discover that their parents are more than just annoying, over-bearing and obnoxious, as they used to think-- they are in fact, evil villians out to destroy the world. I came back to Bethel and started reading the first book in the series and it grabbed me right away! Check it out if you haven't yet!Series of the Day: The Runaways
